<p>No one diet works for everyone. I will guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you. I will also help you to make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals.</p>
<p>Are you an emotional eater? Do you struggle with negative body image? Do you tell yourself you’re too fat to achieve your goals, feel unworthy of love, feel ashamed of who you are because of your weight?  These unhealthy thoughts lead to self hatred, isolation, and ultimately retreating into the all too familiar patterns of turning to food for comfort.</p>
<p>If you struggle with yo-yo dieting, body image issues, low self esteem, or binge eating, there is a critical component that must be addressed in order to attain a healthy body weight and more importantly in order to feel comfortable in your skin.  Emotional eating takes place when certain areas of your life are out of balance specifically regarding relationships, your career, sexuality, creativity, spirituality, and physical activity. Overeating is a symptom… by focusing on lists of “good and bad foods”, fad diets, and strict exercise plans that are impossible to stick to; you will continue to use food for reasons that don’t serve you.</p>
<p>It’s convenient and even comfortable to reach for food when you feel a craving, but take a minute or two to discover what you are really craving?  The Love Thyself Wellness Program gives you the opportunity to discover what really lies at the root of your craving. Are you feeling lonely, unfulfilled, unloved? Are you craving touch, movement, community?  By exploring your thoughts and feelings on a deeper level, and addressing these issues in your life, you will uncover the real reasons you have been binge eating. </p>
<p>The Love Thyself Wellness approach is not a diet plan, but rather an opportunity for self discovery through addressing emotional eating patterns and implementing long term lifestyle changes.</p>

The reason why restrictive diets fail and people gain back the weight is because they are addressing the symptom and not the problem.   You may think that addressing your problem is too much work, but that is not true.  I have designed a comprehensive fail-proof way to help my clients learn to love their bodies which leads to lasting long-term weight loss.  </p>
<p.Most approaches to nutrition dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to listen to their bodies and get results free of denial and discipline.<br />
The Love Thyself Wellness Program gives you the opportunity to discover what really lies at the root of your craving.  As a Wellness Coach, I create a supportive environment that will enable you to achieve all of your health goals. I have studied all the major dietary theories and use practical lifestyle coaching methods to guide you in discovering which approach works best for you.</p>
